Warranty Engineer – Energy from Waste
Fixed-Term Contract 

We’re looking for an experienced engineering professional to act as the on-site representative during the warranty phase of Energy-from-Waste projects. This role is critical to ensuring plant reliability, resolving defects efficiently, and supporting high-performance operations in line with both company and client expectations.

The Role

• Act as the on-site lead for warranty and defect resolution activities
• Coordinate contractors, specialists, and client teams to maintain or restore plant operation
• Investigate root causes, implement corrective actions, and minimise warranty risk and cost
• Support claims and cost recovery from subcontractors and partners
• Maintain accurate records with clear, timely reporting to stakeholders
• Ensure full compliance with HSE requirements and contribute to lessons learned

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in plant operation, construction, or commissioning
• Strong technical problem-solving and organisational skills
• Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with clients and partners
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Proactive, ethical, and self-motivated team player
