Project Manager - Fit Out

Deliver high‑quality commercial fit‑out projects as part of a respected international construction group. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead project delivery from inception through to completion, driving performance, quality and client satisfaction on site.


Client Overview
Our client is a well‑established construction and engineering company operating across Ireland and Europe. They are widely recognised for their commitment to excellence, safety and innovation, delivering projects that enhance communities and the built environment.


Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver fit‑out projects in line with agreed specifications, budget and schedule.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, design, commercial and construction disciplines.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain performance.
• Ensure projects comply with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, variations and cash flow to meet financial targets.
• Support tendering, procurement and subcontractor management processes.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Chair coordination and progress meetings to ensure clear communication of objectives.

Must‑have Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing fit‑out or construction projects with a Tier 1 contractor or similar organisation.
• Strong leadership, planning and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation with relevant certification (e.g. Safe Pass, CSCS, SMSTS, or equivalent).

Nice‑to‑have Skills

• Professional membership or eligibility for membership with a recognised body (e.g. CIOB, Engineers Ireland, RICS, ICE).
• Postgraduate qualification in project or business management.
• Familiarity with lean construction, digital project delivery or sustainability practices.

Benefits
