Job Title Spatial Coordinator
Summary We are looking for an experienced
Spatial Coordinator to join a major engineering project in Ireland. This position offers the opportunity to work from either the Dublin or Cork office, providing flexibility for the right candidate. If you have strong experience in BIM coordination and multi-disciplinary design review, this role offers a competitive pay rate of €50 per hour and a chance to work on high-profile projects.

Location and Working Pattern
Dublin-based position with the option to work from the Cork office. Full-time, on-site role.
Client Overview Our client is a global engineering organisation known for delivering complex infrastructure and industrial projects with innovation and quality at the core of their approach.
Responsibilities- Manage multi-disciplinary services coordination and chair internal and client meetings.
- Oversee 3D model development and the review process in line with project BIM Execution Plan.
- Lead clash resolution and adjudication using Revizto.
- Participate in BIM strategy development aligned with design delivery objectives.
- Liaise with the BIM/Spatial Coordinator and project teams to establish modelling principles and deliverables.
- Conduct quality control checks on discipline models with the BIM team.
- Promote and enforce a culture of clash avoidance and efficient issue resolution.
- Generate progress reports and metrics to track design coordination status.
Must-have Requirements- Strong understanding of multi-disciplinary engineering design processes and deliverables.
- Proficiency in using engineering tools such as Navisworks, Revizto, Revit, and Plant 3D.
- Knowledge of process and mechanical design documents (e.g., P&IDs, AF&IDs).
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and technical skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail with a results-driven mindset.
Nice-to-have Skills- Experience driving technology-enabled execution and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with EPCMV project environments.
- Progressive mindset towards innovation and adopting digital tools.
