Site Support & Logistics

Coordinate travel, accommodation, and transportation for site‑based personnel
Arrange the availability and delivery of tools, equipment, and materials to support planned works
Manage workwear and PPE requirements, including inventory control, distribution, and replacements

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure compliance with QHSE requirements, company policies, and relevant statutory regulations
Record, track, and report incidents, deviations, and improvement actions in line with management system requirements
Work collaboratively with internal teams including HR, Finance, Technical Services, and Spare Parts to support workforce operations

Local Line Management (Where Applicable)

Act as line manager for blue‑collar employees, providing daily supervision, guidance, and performance support
Identify development needs and succession opportunities within the operational workforce
Promote adherence to company processes, procedures, and safe working practices across the team

This role description outlines the primary responsibilities and is not exhaustive. Duties may evolve in line with business and operational needs.

Demonstrable experience in workforce planning, manpower coordination, or field administration within industrial, construction, or manufacturing settings
Experience managing or supervising technicians and operatives
Working knowledge of workforce planning systems and Microsoft Office; ERP system experience (IFS preferred)
Strong understanding of QHSE standards and site‑based industrial or construction environments
Experience operating within a matrix organisation and engaging with cross‑functional stakeholders

Skills & Personal Attributes
