Our Egremont team work with large and small engineering companies across Cumbria, to find the right local people to help everyone succeed. They're able to identify the best candidates to fill permanent roles, as well as mobilise a large temporary workforce to manage projects such as nuclear statutory outage programmes.
Keen to help women across the region, in 2025 they launched NRL’s She Leads mentor training programme, in collaboration with in-Cumbria. Through the 12-month programme 6 business leaders will provide mentoring advice and support to help mentees progress in their careers and achieve their goals.
