Location and Working PatternPreferably based in Cumbria, attending the Sellafield site two days per week. Candidates may also be based in Warrington, but will need to be able to attend Sellafield site 2 days per week. Flexibility for remote working will depend on project demands.

Responsibilities- Develop and manage 4D construction sequencing models aligned to project schedules.
- Coordinate BIM models and ensure integration across disciplines.
- Support construction planning and digital delivery for major infrastructure projects.
- Use Synchro Pro, Navisworks, Revit and Civil 3D to visualise and optimise project delivery.
- Maintain data and drawing integrity across all model elements.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, planning and construction teams.
- Provide digital construction insights to support client decision‑making.
Must‑have Requirements- Proven experience as a 4D Planner, BIM Planner or Digital Construction Engineer.
- Expertise in construction sequencing and model management.
- Proficiency in Synchro Pro, Navisworks, and Revit.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office.
- British national status and eligibility for SC security clearance.
Nice‑to‑have Skills- Familiarity with SimpleBIM or similar data‑extraction platforms.
- Experience within infrastructure or complex engineering environments.
- Understanding of predictive analytics or 5D planning principles.
