We are looking for two skilled Architectural Technicians to support our client’s engineering project in Warrington on an initial 12-month contract. This role would suit someone experienced in Revit and AutoCAD, with a passion for delivering precise design solutions. Joining this project offers an opportunity to work on large-scale, safety-critical developments where collaboration and technical accuracy are key.

Warrington, hybrid working pattern with 3 days in the office

Client Overview
Our client is a leading engineering services organisation with a track record of delivering specialist design and construction solutions in highly regulated sectors, including nuclear.

Responsibilities
  • Develop the architectural 3D model using Revit
  • Attend and contribute to model reviews and space management meetings, presenting updates as required
  • Collaborate closely with CS&A Engineers, Architects and other design disciplines to co-ordinate the model development
  • Produce precise 2D General Arrangement (GA) and detail drawings from the Revit model as design phases progress
  • Work with Engineers and Architects on technical specifications to ensure compliance
  • Fulfil Designer duties under the Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulations
Must-have Requirements
  • HND or degree qualification in Architectural Technology
  • Proficiency in Revit for 3D modelling and AutoCAD for 2D drawings
  • Strong experience in layout development and architectural detailing (including cladding, roofing, finishes, partitions, stairs, modular builds)
  • Knowledge of CDM Regulations and ability to act as Designer under relevant legislation
  • Comfortable presenting modelling updates within multidisciplinary teams
  • Eligible for BPSS clearance
Nice-to-have Skills
  • Previous nuclear sector experience, or background in similar industrial sectors
  • Ability and willingness to support and mentor junior team members
