We’re looking for an experienced Business Transformation Project Manager to join a leading organisation in Chorley. Salary Dependent on experience and comes with car allowance.
Location and Working Pattern Chorley-based role with hybrid working available. 37.5 hours worked over four days (Monday to Thursday).
Client Overview Our client is a respected business operating within a regulated engineering environment, delivering complex projects with a focus on operational innovation and high standards of governance.
Responsibilities- Lead large-scale business transformation and organisational change projects.
- Deliver continuous improvement initiatives and ensure benefits are realised.
- Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels, maintaining effective communication.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with governance requirements.
- Support wider business projects and operational delivery as needed.
- Promote best practice in project management methodology.
Must-have Requirements- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management focused on business improvement.
- Proven success delivering transformation and change programmes.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodology.
- Strong change management experience.
- Eligible for Security Check (SC) clearance.
Nice-to-have Skills- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum project management frameworks.
- Experience implementing Business Central, MRP, or ERP systems.
