Client Overview
Our client is a well-established international construction and engineering group operating across Ireland, the UK, and Europe. They deliver complex projects in infrastructure, energy, rail, and building sectors with a strong focus on safety, sustainability, and innovation.
Responsibilities- Manage reporting systems, coordinate team meetings and oversee package management
- Support the Contracts or Project Manager in delivering construction and design projects
- Act as a role model for operatives by demonstrating leadership and professionalism
- Take a proactive role in HSE management, driving continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, risk management, and quality standards
- Assist with project delivery teams to maintain consistency with client expectations
- Draft and review risk assessments and RAMS with senior managers
- Drive adherence to HSEQ plans and ensure safe systems of work onsite
Must-have Requirements- Degree or equivalent, preferably in Construction or Engineering
- IOSH or similar health and safety management qualification
- Training in temporary works, excavation safety, and lifting/crane operations
- Knowledge of permitting for live energy works
- Awareness of working at heights and scaffolding safety
- BIM fundamentals and other HSEQ training as required
Nice-to-have Skills- Working towards professional chartership (CIOB, CPEng, MICE)
- Diploma in Building and Construction
