As
HSE Lead and the single point of authority for health and safety, you will take full accountability for compliance and cultural leadership on a major data centre campus in
Finland. This role is critical in ensuring risk management, incident prevention and governance standards are sustained at the highest levels throughout construction.
Responsibilities- Act as primary HSE authority for the project, directing all on-site safety practices.
- Create, implement and audit HSE plans, risk assessments and performance measures.
- Oversee investigations, enforce corrective actions and maintain regulator engagement.
- Represent HSE expectations to clients, senior stakeholders and workforce teams.
Experience- Demonstrated leadership of safety strategy on large-scale operational construction sites.
- Strong command of compliance frameworks and health and safety legislation.
- Skilled in championing behavioural engagement programmes for workforce buy-in.
Qualifications- NEBOSH Diploma essential, IOSH membership mandatory.
- Knowledge of digital HSE reporting tools advantageous.
