Campus HSE Lead

As HSE Lead and the single point of authority for health and safety, you will take full accountability for compliance and cultural leadership on a major data centre campus in Finland. This role is critical in ensuring risk management, incident prevention and governance standards are sustained at the highest levels throughout construction. Responsibilities

• Act as primary HSE authority for the project, directing all on-site safety practices.
• Create, implement and audit HSE plans, risk assessments and performance measures.
• Oversee investigations, enforce corrective actions and maintain regulator engagement.
• Represent HSE expectations to clients, senior stakeholders and workforce teams.

Experience

• Demonstrated leadership of safety strategy on large-scale operational construction sites.
• Strong command of compliance frameworks and health and safety legislation.
• Skilled in championing behavioural engagement programmes for workforce buy-in.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma essential, IOSH membership mandatory.
• Knowledge of digital HSE reporting tools advantageous.
