Campus HSE Lead

Taking the role of most senior safety representative on-site, the HSE Lead will direct and control all aspects of health, safety and environmental performance during the construction of a complex data centre campus in Denmark. Responsibilities

• Serve as the appointed HSE authority, ensuring site-wide compliance from day one.
• Liaise with the client and statutory authorities on high-level decisions and audits.
• Provide governance of safety plans, incident management and cultural programmes.
• Lead training delivery and embed proactive practices across multidisciplinary teams.

Experience

• Proven background as the ultimate HSE lead on programmes worth €100m (or equivalent scale).
• Familiar with large Tier 1-led environments and high-risk operational hazards.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Behavioural or cultural safety training certifications highly valued.
