Summary An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Manager to join a major
wind farm construction project in Egypt’s Red Sea Governorate. This on‑site, permanent role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in managing large‑scale EPC projects and hands‑on experience delivering wind energy developments. You’ll play a key role in ensuring timely, safe, and high‑quality execution of all site activities.
Location and Working Pattern Red Sea Governorate, Egypt – On‑site

Responsibilities- Manage all daily wind farm construction activities on site to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual obligations.
- Lead coordination with contractors, conducting daily and weekly site meetings to align activity sequencing.
- Oversee planning and performance of on‑site teams, managing schedules, rotations, and development.
- Monitor project progress and produce detailed daily and weekly reports for senior management.
- Review subcontractor progress claims and support with variation and invoice evaluations.
- Assist supervisors in reviewing contractor method statements, technical solutions, and assessments.
- Represent the company during stakeholder and community meetings, maintaining positive relationships with local organisations and authorities.
- Manage site close‑out activities, including contractor demobilisation and transition to operations.
Must‑have Requirements- Proven experience managing wind farm construction projects.
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years’ construction experience, with at least 5 years on EPC projects.
- Expertise across civil, mechanical, and electrical works for large‑scale developments.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities to manage diverse teams.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- Valid driving licence.
Nice‑to‑have Skills- Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Project Management certification.
- Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and steel structures.
