CQV Project Planner Location:Ballydine, Clonmel

CQV Project Planner to support and report directly to the
Project Planning Lead. The successful candidate will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and delivery of CQV activities on a major pharmaceutical project.
This role requires a strong technical background within the pharmaceutical sector, with proven experience planning and supporting CQV project delivery in a complex, multi‑disciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Project Planning Lead in the development and maintenance of CQV project schedules.
- Plan, monitor, and control CQV activities to ensure delivery in line with project milestones.
- Review and interpret engineering deliverables and drawings to inform planning logic and sequencing.
- Chair and facilitate interactive planning and coordination meetings with project stakeholders.
- Interface effectively with sub‑contractors, ensuring alignment with project schedules and deliverables.
- Establish and maintain an earned value–based progress measurement and reporting system.
- Support wider project controls activities, including interfacing with contracting and commercial teams.
- Manage planning inputs related to tender milestones, contract milestones, and extension of time evaluations.
- Coordinate planning activities associated with design deliverables and sub‑contractor mobilisation.
- Provide accurate programme updates, progress reports, and schedule forecasts to the project team.
Experience & Qualifications- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a project planning environment.
- Strong pharmaceutical industry background (essential).
- Proven experience in CQV project planning and delivery.
- Demonstrable experience working on complex, multi‑discipline projects.
Technical Skills- Strong technical understanding with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and deliverables.
- Excellent proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and MS Office Suite.
- Previous experience working within a multi‑user Primavera P6 environment.
- Experience implementing and managing earned value management (EVM) systems.
- Familiarity with Last Planner® System and collaborative planning methodologies.

- Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with sub‑contractors and client teams.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive in approach.
