In dieser Position übernimmst du Verantwortung für die Logistikplanung in anspruchsvollen Infrastruktur- und Energieprojekten. Ideal für erfahrene Logistik-Spezialisten, die eine unbefristete Position mit Flexibilität und internationalen Perspektiven suchen.

Standort und Arbeitsmodell
Hybrides Arbeiten innerhalb Deutschlands, kombiniert mit mobilem Arbeiten. Reisebereitschaft im In- und Ausland im Rahmen der Projekt- und Geschäftsanforderungen erforderlich.

Aufgaben

• Analyse von Logistik- und Verkehrskonzepten.
• Bewertung und Qualitätssicherung der Lieferkette für Schwer- und Baustellentransporte.
• Prüfung von Lager- und Umschlagkonzepten in Hochsee- und Binnenhäfen.
• Definition des Leistungsumfangs der Logistikplanung (Kabel- und Baustellenlogistik).
• Qualitätssicherung der Ergebnisse für Schwerlast- und Baustellenlogistik.
• Durchführung von Fortschrittsmeetings und Reporting an den Logistik-Teamleiter.
• Koordination der Schnittstellen zwischen Stakeholdern.
• Organisation von Schwerlasttransporten zu den Baustellen.

Muss-Anforderungen

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (z. B. Dipl.-Ing., MSc, BSc).
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im relevanten Bereich.
• Sehr gute Microsoft-Office-Kenntnisse (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Analytisches und konzeptionelles Denken sowie schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
• Selbstständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen im In- und Ausland.

Von Vorteil

• Erfahrung in Offshore- oder Großprojekten.

This role focuses on logistics within major infrastructure and renewable projects. It’s ideal for an experienced logistics professional seeking a permanent position with flexibility and international career prospects.  

Location and Working Pattern
Hybrid working based in Germany, with flexibility for remote work and site visits. Business travel within Germany and abroad may be required for project and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess logistics and transport concept content.
• Evaluate and ensure quality across supply chains for heavy and site transport.
• Review storage and transhipment concepts for offshore and inland ports.
• Define scope for logistics planning (cables and site logistics).
• Conduct quality checks on planning results for heavy load and site logistics.
• Lead progress meetings and report to the Logistics Team Lead.
• Coordinate interfaces across stakeholders.
• Oversee heavy transport coordination to construction sites.

Must-have Requirements

• University degree (e.g., Dipl.-Ing., MSc, BSc).
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant professional experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Fluent German (spoken and written).
• Very good English skills (spoken and written).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Independent and results-oriented working style.
• Willingness to travel within Germany and internationally.

Nice-to-have Skills

• Experience in offshore projects or major infrastructure logistics.
