Summary We are seeking an experienced
FICO Lead to join a leading organisation in
Cairo, Egypt.
This role is ideal for SAP finance professionals with proven leadership experience, keen to manage implementations and optimise business processes.
You’ll have the opportunity to shape the organisation’s SAP FICO strategy and influence its future roadmap.

Client Overview Our client is a major energy services organisation providing technical solutions to the oil and gas sector across the region. With a reputation for operational excellence and innovation, they focus on delivering efficient, sustainable services to support critical industry operations.
Responsibilities- Lead FICO teams and manage resource planning and performance.
- Oversee SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and support activities.
- Design and configure FICO solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Ensure seamless system operation and provide expert application support.
- Drive optimisation of business processes using SAP best practices.
- Act as the primary contact for all FICO-related matters, including communication and training.
- Maintain compliance with financial standards and ensure accurate documentation.
- Stay informed about SAP innovations and contribute to shaping the organisation’s FICO roadmap.
Requirements- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, IT, or related field.
- 7–15 years’ experience in SAP FICO, including full-cycle implementations.
- Expertise in SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking, Special Ledger) and CO (CCA, PCA, CO-PA, Product Costing, Internal Orders).
- Strong integration knowledge with SD, MM, and PP modules.
- Proven leadership experience in team or project environments.
- Hands-on experience with RICEFW, SAP configuration, data migration, and Fiori.
- Knowledge of financial compliance standards (IFRS, GAAP) and basic ABAP debugging.
Nice-to-have Skills- S/4HANA Finance experience.
- SAP FICO and S/4HANA certifications.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
