HSE Engineer

On site-based HSE professional to oversee and enforce QHSE standards across turbine supplier and BoP contractors on a live wind farm project.

The role is focused on:

• Monitoring contractor HSE performance and ensuring full compliance with regulations and company standards
• Conducting inspections, audits, and incident investigations (root cause corrective actions)
• Reviewing RAMS / method statements and ensuring safe execution on site
• Driving HSE culture across all contractors and stakeholders
• Supporting reporting, lender audits, and regulatory engagement
• Coordinating environmental and social aspects at site level

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong on-site HSE experience (7 years), ideally in wind or infrastructure
• NEBOSH/IOSH certified
• Experience working with multiple contractors in live construction environments
• Ability to operate independently on site and push standards
• Strong communication skills to deal with contractors, authorities, and lenders
