Summary We are seeking an experienced Lead Planner to join our client on a major project in

Client Overview Our client is a well-established international construction company that has built a reputation for providing trust, value and certainty to its clients across multiple sectors.
Responsibilities- Develop, monitor and update project programmes from pre-construction through to delivery.
- Ensure programmes align with project requirements, contractual conditions and critical milestones.
- Prepare resource-loaded schedules, scenario planning and recovery programmes where needed.
- Track progress, identify risks or delays and implement mitigation strategies.
- Produce regular progress reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Support change management by analysing impact of design and scope variations.
- Engage with internal teams, subcontractors, clients and consultants on programme objectives.
- Lead and mentor project planning teams, promoting knowledge sharing and best practice.
Must-have Requirements- Extensive experience in planning and scheduling for large-scale construction projects.
- Proven experience delivering data centre projects.
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, project controls and risk management.
- Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines in a leadership capacity.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction, Engineering or related discipline.
Nice-to-have Skills- Professional membership with APM, PMI or similar.
- Experience integrating design, procurement and construction planning.
- Knowledge of BIM integration and cost/risk management systems.
