Summary We are seeking an experienced Lead Planner to join our client on a major
data centre development in Amsterdam. While the project is a data centre, we are specifically looking for someone with proven expertise in
high-rise building projects. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver a technically complex scheme whilst advancing your career with a leading international contractor.

Client Overview Our client is a globally recognised construction company with extensive experience in delivering large-scale projects across multiple sectors, ensuring quality, safety and innovation at every stage.
Responsibilities- Develop, monitor and manage project programmes from planning through construction.
- Ensure schedules align with project requirements and contractual obligations.
- Produce resource-loaded programmes, scenario planning and recovery schedules as needed.
- Track progress, highlight risks or delays and implement recovery actions.
- Provide regular project reporting and dashboard updates for stakeholders.
- Analyse the impact of design changes and support the change management process.
- Engage collaboratively with internal teams, subcontractors and consultants.
- Lead, mentor and support planning teams, driving consistency and best practice.
Must-have Requirements- Extensive experience in planning and scheduling for high-rise building projects.
- Strong working knowledge of construction methods and project controls.
- Proficiency in planning tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Degree or equivalent in Construction, Engineering or related discipline.
Nice-to-have Skills- Professional membership with APM, PMI or equivalent.
- Experience integrating design, procurement and construction planning.
- Knowledge of BIM integration and cost or risk management systems.
