Night Site Manager

Location and Working Pattern

• Slough
• Nights: 5:30pm to 6:00am
• Approx. 3-month contract (until December)
• Weekend work required

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all night-shift site activities including subcontractor teams
• Ensure health and safety compliance and enforcement of RAMS, permits, and site rules
• Track progress against programme milestones and report issues promptly
• Oversee site logistics, deliveries, and access control
• Conduct quality inspections and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with the day team for seamless project handovers
• Support commissioning tasks as needed
• Ensure adherence to client and statutory compliance requirements

Must-have Requirements

• Proven experience as Night Manager, Construction Manager, or similar in large-scale projects
• Background in data centres, complex industrial builds, or high-spec technical environments (desirable)
• Strong knowledge of H&S regulations and CDM awareness
• Ability to manage and direct night-shift operations independently
• Willingness to work regular weekends as part of the shift pattern
