Principal Civil Structural Engineer
Summary
Seeking expressions of interest for a potential upcoming project with starts expected towards the end of June. This is an excellent opportunity for a Principal Civil Structural Engineer with experience in FEED and detailed design.
Salary
Competitive day rates (outside IR35)
Location and Working Pattern
Woking, UK – Office-based, 5 days per week
Responsibilities

• Deliver civil and structural engineering outputs through FEED and detailed stages
• Validate complex calculations and design packages for compliance
• Liaise with project management and coordinate with other engineering disciplines
• Ensure compliance with client specifications and regulatory requirements
• Participate in design reviews and technical audits
• Provide mentoring and support to junior engineers

Must-have Requirements

• Strong background in civil and structural design for oil & gas facilities
• Familiarity with major design codes and analytical software
• Proven capability in reviewing deliverables and resolving technical queries

Nice-to-have Skills

• Experience delivering projects to Aramco standards (SAES) highly desirable
