Our client is a leading global engineering consultancy recognised for delivering innovative and sustainable solutions across major manufacturing and technology projects. They pride themselves on technical excellence and collaborative working practices.
Responsibilities- Coordinate process design engineering activities for allocated project areas.
- Develop, review and maintain BIM models for process systems ensuring accuracy and clash resolution.
- Support installation of process systems including piping, chemical/gas distribution and tool connections.
- Conduct field inspections to verify installation quality and compliance with codes and specifications.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across design, construction and tool installation disciplines.
- Ensure cleanroom and contamination control standards are met.
- Review technical submittals, contractor proposals and method statements.
- Support commissioning and start-up activities, including testing and verification.
- Maintain accurate project records, model updates and as-built information.
- Promote safety, quality and continuous improvement across all work areas.
Must-have Requirements- Degree in Process Engineering, Chemical, Mechanical or related discipline.
- Strong experience delivering process systems within large industrial or advanced manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks or equivalent.
- Prior experience on major construction projects, ideally in highly regulated settings.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and BIM models.
- Familiarity with commissioning processes and construction quality standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Nice-to-have Skills- Knowledge of semiconductor process systems, high purity piping or cleanroom environments.
