Project Director – Wind Farm Projects

The Project Director is responsible for the overall leadership, planning, and execution of wind farm projects from development through to commissioning and handover. This role ensures that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include overseeing multidisciplinary project teams, managing EPC contractors and key stakeholders, and ensuring effective coordination across civil, electrical, and turbine installation works. The Project Director also leads risk management, cost control, scheduling, and quality assurance processes while maintaining strong communication with clients, investors, and senior management.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant engineering degree and has extensive experience in utility-scale wind energy projects, with a proven track record in managing large, complex projects and leading diverse teams in an international environment. Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills are essential.
