Senior EC&I Engineer

NRL have exciting opportunities for Senior EC&I Engineers with one of our leading clients, Tenet Consultants Ltd. They are an innovative multi-discipline engineering and design consultancy, with headquarters in Warrington. 

As an Engineering Design Consultancy, Tenet provide niche design and technical services to a variety of industry sectors primarily nuclear. Their EC&I design activities include, but are not limited to:

• Concept & Front End Engineering Design (FEED) Studies
• Electrical Distribution Systems
• E&I Building Services
• Programmable Electronic Systems (PES)
• Process Control Systems
• Fire Alarm Design & Integration
• Normal & Emergency Lighting
• Cameras and security
• Alarm systems
• Asset Care
• Functional Safety

What You Will Need:

• Experience working within a highly regulated industry, preferably Nuclear.
• HND minimum, ideally degree qualified and working towards being a Chartered Engineer.
• Able to lead teams and develop younger engineers.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide technical oversight
• Design in accordance with the IET 18th edition (BS7671)
• Conversant with existing CAE tools (e.g. Auto CAD, CAESAR, PDMS etc.)
• Fluent in MS Office suite of programmes (Word, Excel etc.)
• All candidates must have the ability to obtain BPSS as a minimum.
