Site Assistant

We’re urgently recruiting for a Site Assistant to support a busy project team on-site. Due to the nature and responsibilities of the role, you would be required to be based on the site for 100% of your working hours, so this role would likely be more suited to those living locally or within an easy commute to the site. This is a great opportunity for someone hands-on and proactive who is looking to build experience in a fast-paced environment and be part of a well-established operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support across site operations
• Assist with site organisation, logistics, and general duties
• Support site teams to ensure work progresses efficiently and safely
• Help maintain high standards of health & safety across site
• Carry out basic tasks as required to support project delivery

About You

• Previous experience in a site-based or construction environment (preferred)
• Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and able to take direction
• Strong work ethic and good communication skills
