Job Title: Senior Asset Analyst

Location: Egypt – Cairo
Department: Finance / Asset Management
Reports To: Asset Manager / Head of Investments

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Asset Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, monitoring, and reporting on the performance of our investment portfolio and assets. You will provide actionable insights that support strategic decisions, optimize asset performance, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and monitor the performance of company assets, including real estate, financial instruments, or other investments.
  • Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuations, and scenario analysis to support investment decisions.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on asset performance for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and risk management to provide insights on asset optimization.
  • Support due diligence for acquisitions, disposals, and other investment opportunities.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the portfolio to inform strategic planning.
  • Ensure data accuracy and maintain asset records and databases.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of best practices in asset analysis.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or CFA designation is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in asset analysis, investment analysis, or financial modeling.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial modeling tools and databases.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
