NRL's client based in Milngavie is looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join them on a permanent staff basis. You MUST have your own transport due to the location of the business. 

About the role:

We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic Administrator to join our team at our facility.  We're looking for someone with a great work ethic. All candidates should have strong communication skills and an ability to take ownership of their workload. The candidate should be well organised and competent at time management. Strong attention to detail and Microsoft 365 skills are essential for this role.

About the role:

As the Administrator, you will report directly to the Operations and Maintenance Manager and be responsible for:
  • Management of feedstock delivery notes, weighbridge tickets & delivery schedules
  • Management of Digestate offtake, dispatch notes, weighbridge tickets & dispatch schedules
  • Recording & Inputting data into the company KPI sheet.
  • Liaising with accounts department for purchasing and payments processes.
  • Purchase Order administration - Ensure all invoices have PO’s and delivery note information attached and are ready for approval by O&M manager.
  • Daily, accurate and timely processing of supplier and customer invoices.
  • Ensure all queried invoices are actioned promptly.
  • General office management including ordering of office consumables and management of cleaning contractor.
  • Recording of employee overtime and holidays
  • Keeping up to date records of staff training
  • Organising collections of samples for lab analysis & filing of results
  • Control of site entry access systems and site safety inductions. 
What you will need?
  • Prior experience in a similar role essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Office
  • Flexible, willing to adapt to new tasks and duties with a positive attitude.
