NRL are seeking to recruit a talented Administrator to join our client within the Engineering and Maintenance department at the Lynemouth Power Station.
About the role:
Attendance at the daily CDM meetings, including collating information, updating spreadsheets, maintaining a register of attendees and distributing relevant information.
Assisting with weekly Engineering meetings, bi-monthly HSE meetings and Process Safety meetings.
Collating and maintaining HAVs data for HSE reporting.
Raising purchase requisitions using the internal finance system.
Raising Work Order Cards.
Searching drawing / document registers as required.
General administrative support as requested (e.g. scanning documents).
What you will need:
Previous experience in a similar role (essential).
Previous experience of minute taking is essential (taking notes in meetings).
Proficient user of Microsoft Excel and other Office programs (essential).
5 GCSE's at Level 4 (or equivalent) or above, including Maths and English (essential).
