NRL are currently recruiting for an Adminstrator Coordinator for our client based in Great Yarmouth on a permanent base.

Working hours:

Full time 

Start Date:

January/February

Duties:

  • Deliver general office administrative support including but not limited to; 

    • Scheduling meetings 

    • Coordinating travel arrangements 

    • Facilitating visitors 

    • Organisation of logistics for events and conferences. 

  • Support operational team members in raising requisitions in SAP and processing of invoices. 

  • Drive coordination of shareholder meetings, creation and collation of documents. 

  • Manage administration of communication with shareholders and stakeholders as required 

  • Organise and monitor facilities management activities, including managing office space, coordinating maintenance and repairs, ordering supplies. 

  • Owner of the organisation SharePoint and responsibility for information management. 



Skills required:

  • A graduate caliber individual with experience as an assistant or in a similar senior level administration or office manager role. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.  

  • The ability to complete activities within budget and timescales.  

  • A person that is flexible, can work effectively under pressure and is able to manage conflicting priorities. 

  • Someone with a high level of accuracy; who takes pride in their work and who can contribute to a diverse and dynamic team.    

  • The ability to understand and collaborate in delivering on both internal and external needs.  

  • Windfarm or renewables energy experience an advantage, but not necessary.
