Scope of Work-
- Provide administration support for the Electrical Test Services team, such as writing up reports, collating data, logging of Risk Assessments, department KPI’s etc.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Supervisor and Team Leader.
- Help coordinate team activities, meetings, and follow-up actions.
- Support recruitment activities and on-boarding for new starters.
- Raise orders, receipt of goods, processing of invoices.
- Travel administration support.
- Test equipment calibration support.
- Learning & Development support.
- Learn the bespoke systems required to fulfil the role.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost and capture knowledge.
Must Have/Be-
- Excellent organisational & communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A positive ‘can do’ flexible attitude.
- Able to manage and prioritise own workload.
- Fully proficient in Excel data management and producing graphs.
- A good knowledge of Word and PowerPoint for report writing & presentation preparation.
Must be willing to obtain own PPE: Safety Footwear complying with EN ISO 20345; Agency branded uniform (to consist of 2x grey combat style trousers, min 2x black polo t-shirts, min 1x black cotton sweater)
Qualifications, skills training requirements:
- Experience of a busy office environment, desirable but not essential
- Educated to a good GCSE level with grade 4 or above in English and Math’s.
- Full manual driving licence, desirable but not essential.
- Experience within an automotive environment is preferred but not essential.
