NRL Language Solutions is looking for Chinese interpreters in Sunderland for mid-term collaboration between 2024 and 2025. Installation teams are coming over from China to fit machinery in a gigafactory and our client will require on-site language assistance to liaise between the visiting team and the local installers by relaying instructions and safety briefings (the language will not be technical or complex).
There are two phases to this project:
From mid-June 2024 to beginning of February 2025 (approximately 7.5 months) – 3 interpreters needed on site.
From mid-June 2025 to beginning of December 2025 (approximately 16.5 months) – 4 additional interpreters needed on site.
The working week would be Monday to Saturday, working 9 hours per day on site in Sunderland, from 7am or 8am to around 5pm in the evening (overtime of 1 hour per day may be required occasionally, depending on business needs).
We understand that it is a long commitment, and we are happy to offer the right candidates the possibility of rotating with other interpreters to cover holidays.
The all-inclusive daily rate we are currently offering for this position is £250 per day (9 hours).
