About the role:
- NRL’s client is building a world class team to deliver the next generation of XXL Monopiles for off-shore wind power generation. This is an exciting role, in an industry which will contribute to the UK’s green energy transition.
Key responsibilities of the role are:
- Being the key point of contact with the customers appointed “Engineer”.
- Managing the key aspects of the project, Scope, Schedule, finance performance, risk, quality and resources.
- Conducting regular meetings with Clients, Production, Suppliers, and Sub-contractors.
- Working with each section of our business (Finance, Commercial, Production, QA, HSE, Logistics) to ensure project excellence, on time delivery and adherence to defined budgets.
- Leading a team to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.
What you will need?
- Demonstrable Project Management experience (with Qualifications such as P6, Prince 2, Scrum desirable but not essential).
- Demonstrable experience in either Heavy Engineer, Offshore Wind or related fabrication projects.
- Strong commercial acumen and ethics and excellent communications skills
- Knowledge of HSE and QA industry requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering is preferred or equivalent
