JOB TITLE:  Document Controller

The Document Controller will be delivering work for multiple clients across the range of FEED/Study projects in Woking office.

Services to be delivered during the duration of the contract are detailed below:

  • Support in document management procedure development and identifying interface requirements between Licensor, sub-contractor and client.

  • Assist setting up and maintaining Technical Document Register (TDR) and Reporting.

  • Supporting SharePoint for the project and establishing Licensor & LLI vendor documentation (if applicable).

  • Track and record communications both internally and externally regarding Project deliverables, formal letters, technical queries and any other important contract documentation.

  • File and maintain all electronic and hard copy files in a user friendly and easy to find system, conforming to corporate procedures and practices.

  • Assist the project team with any issues regarding the location, History and current status of any Project deliverables.

  • Ensure all documentation at the end of a project is handed over to the client in accordance with the Project contract and archived in accordance with Petrofac procedures.

  • Ensuring compliance with Petrofac’s ISO Quality procedures, Project QA Plan. Complying with other Petrofac accredited frameworks such as ISO 14001.

  • Performing related duties as agreed with Project Control Lead.

Deliverables:  

Services should be provided to produce the following deliverables where required as part of project specific works, specific clients and durations will be called off as part of the purchase order.

  • Document Control Procedure

  • Distribution Matrix

  • TDR Register

  • Various Document Management Reports
