Electrical Engineer - Location: Vienna

Role Overview:
This position is for a Project Management Consultancy (PMC). The Electrical Engineer will manage and coordinate engineering deliverables, ensuring project progress aligns with the project plan. Fluency in German is essential to effectively liaise with local stakeholders and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Oversee the production of engineering deliverables and provide detailed progress reporting.
Team Leadership: Supervise and verify the work of other engineers, ensuring high-quality outputs.
Issue Resolution: Address and communicate technical/project issues to the Lead Engineer or Project Engineering Manager.
Documentation Management: Prepare and manage the Technical Document Register (TDR), reviewing Basis of Design, specifications, and other relevant documents.
Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and resolve discrepancies from original proposals.
Technical Development: Develop Philosophies, Specifications, Single Line Diagrams, Schedules, Datasheets, and technical requisitions.
Quality Assurance: Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests and review vendor documentation to ensure design conformance.
Client Specifications: Ensure equipment compatibility with client specifications and requirements.
Compliance: Adhere to ISO Quality procedures and Project Quality Plan.
Training & Development: Contribute to staff training and development, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure integrated and optimal design.
Requirements:
Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Chartered Status preferred.
Extensive experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.
Exposure to Consultancy, FEED/Detailed Design, and EPC projects.
In-depth knowledge of international equipment specifications and codes.
Fluency in German is essential.
