Job Description: Electrical Technician
Our client is currently recruiting for an Electrical Technician to work at a Power Station in Bridgwater on a contract basis for approximately 18 months. The ideal candidate will have previously worked on nuclear sites, as well as having recent testing experience.
Working Pattern:
Dayshift
Monday – Thursday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
Friday - 7:30am - 1:00pm
Responsibilities:
Carrying out a range of electrical tasks and duties on industrial plant and rotating equipment.
Testing, fault finding, maintenance work on machinery.
Maintaining reports and ensuring logs are kept up to date.
Carrying out maintenance working within budget.
Complying to all health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
CTC clearance is desirable but not essential.
JIB Gold Card
Inspection & Testing C&G 2391
NVQ or City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical qualifications.
18th edition
Rates:
£19.91 for all hours worked, as well as an addition £1.50 per hour bonus.
