NRL are currently recruiting for experienced Fabricators/ Platers on a permanent basis in Falkirk.
Responsibilities:
Reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding techniques to be used.
Setting up and operating welding equipment and tools, including TIG, MIG, and stick welding.
Performing welding and fabrication tasks, such as cutting, bending, and forming metal, using a variety of hand and power tools.
Inspecting and measuring finished products to ensure that they meet the required specifications and quality standards.
Identifying and reporting any defects or deviations from specifications.
Attending client facilities/sites to carry out site installs as required.
Following all client safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Keeping equipment and work areas clean and well-maintained.
Collaborating with other members of the fabrication team to complete projects on schedule.
Continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency and quality.
What you will need:
Apprentice Qualified Tradesman with either SVQ, NVQ or City & Guilds
