LCI Coordinator – Stavanger, Norway

Seeking a skilled LCI Resource to join an existing team. This role is essential in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of Life Cycle Information (LCI) activities in line with project and client requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and interpret contract documentation and client-specific LCI requirements.

  • Coordinate and manage LCI tasks to ensure timely execution throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Track and report on LCI progress against key milestones such as RFC (Ready for Commissioning) and RFO (Ready for Operation).

  • Support Package Engineers during BCM and LCI kick-off meetings with suppliers.

  • Review and validate supplier documentation requirements and final documentation packages.

  • Ensure accurate and complete LCI handover prior to RFC/RFO.

  • Oversee data transfer processes to client systems and databases.

  • Conduct quality checks and provide guidance to disciplines on data accuracy and compliance.

  • Address and follow up on technical queries related to LCI deliverables.

  • Confirm final LCI documentation is complete and ready for client handover.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have the legal right to work in Norway.

  • Proven experience in LCI coordination within engineering or construction projects.

  • Strong understanding of document control systems and client database interfaces.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
