NRL's engineering client has a recruitment for a Mechanical Engineer to join them for a year long contract, to be based in Warrington, Cheshire or Westlakes, Cumbria. Hybrid working on offer.
About the role:
You will have Engineering experience demonstrating a record of successful delivery, including recent positions influencing engineers, designers and guiding technical personnel in the definition, implementation and delivery of engineering work packages as directed by a Responsible Engineer.
You will be competent in the production of standard deliverables and design calculations.
You will have ability to check the deliverables/calculations produced by other engineers in the team.
You will have knowledge of laws, regulations, processes and procedures appropriate to the discipline or specialist area supported.
You will have knowledge of relevant design tools, techniques and related methods eg IT systems, Hazop process.
You will have current experience of plant and equipment, including solutions regulations, standards and operating environment influences.
What will you need?
Bachelor Honours Degree
Working towards Corporate or Chartered Status.
