Job Title: Pipefitter – HRSG Boiler Work

Location: Damhead Creek Power Station, Kent

Start Date: 5th June 2025

End Date: 20th July 2025

Duration: Approx. 6.5 weeks

Hours: 10 hours per day

Shift Pattern: 12 days on / 2 days off

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Pipefitter for a short-term outage project at Damhead Creek Power Station. The role will involve HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator) work, specifically pipe fitting on boiler systems. This is a great opportunity for skilled tradespeople with previous power station or industrial experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, assemble, and maintain piping systems on HRSG boilers

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications

  • Follow site safety procedures and quality standards

  • Work efficiently as part of a multi-disciplinary team

  • Carry out tasks with precision and attention to detail

​

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a pipefitter in a power generation or heavy industrial environment

  • Valid CCNSG Safety Passport

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in pipefitting (preferred)

  • Ability to commit to the full project duration

  • Must be eligible to work in the UK

​

Pay & Allowances

  • Standard Rate: £24.83/hour

  • Overtime 1: £34.76/hour

  • Overtime 2: £44.69/hour

  • Accommodation: £95/day (£50 lodge allowance + £45 food)

  • Travel: Paid at basic rate
