NRL are currently recruiting a Talent Acquistion Administrator based in Havant or Fareham with Hybrid working

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Administrator

Base Location: Havant or Fareham with Hybrid working

Working Pattern: Contingent  | Full or Part Time 

As the Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for the efficient management of our contingent workforce, ensuring that we have the right talent in place to meet our operational demands. This role is a key liaison between the HR department, Managers, and contingent workers, and involves various tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contingent Worker Administration: Maintain spreadsheets and databases to track contingent worker details, including onboarding, extensions, and terminations.

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in the HRIS system.

  • Generate reports on current contingent worker numbers, turnover, and other relevant metrics.

  • HRIS Management: Add and remove contingent worker records from our HR Information System (Coins) in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Leaver Management: Monitor and follow up with managers who have not processed leavers promptly, ensuring compliance with employment regulations.

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in various recruitment tasks, including booking interviews, advertising job openings, screening candidates, and preparing new starter contracts.

  • Compliance Expertise: Possess knowledge of IR35 regulations and CEST (determinations to ensure that all contingent workers are appropriately classified.

  • Excel Proficiency: Demonstrate strong Excel skills to manipulate and analyse data, create reports, and maintain accurate records.

  • Effective Communication: Communicate with hiring managers, contingent workers, and third-party agencies to ensure smooth recruitment and onboarding processes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in managing contingent workers, either in-house or through agencies.

  • Strong knowledge of IR35 regulations and CEST determinations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting- able to perform functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables etc

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Familiarity with Coins (HRIS) and PageUp People (ATS) systems is a plus.
