About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and well-organised
Business Support Coordinator to join our client's team at Staythorpe Power Station.
This is a varied and engaging position providing day-to-day administrative, coordination, and document management support to the site’s Operations and Maintenance teams.
You’ll be part of a collaborative and welcoming environment where Business Support plays a vital role in keeping the station running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support across site teams
- Coordinate document reviews and maintain document control systems
- Manage file storage systems and ensure accuracy and compliance
- Schedule meetings and organise site events
- Order supplies and liaise with vendors and the local community

About You
- Highly organised with strong time management and the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Confident communicator, able to engage professionally with colleagues and external stakeholders
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
- Experience in administration, coordination, or document control roles
- Comfortable working in a structured or regulated environment with attention to detail

Desirable Experience
- Experience using SAP or similar procurement systems
- Familiarity with document management systems
- Previous experience supporting operations or engineering environments
