Responsibilities- Lead and oversee all CSA activities, with a particular focus on groundworks and overall structural integrity.
- Manage project programmes and budgets within CSA scope, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to align objectives.
- Oversee and enforce quality, health and safety, and environmental standards across CSA works.
- Resolve technical or contractual issues efficiently and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Drive progress reporting and ensure accurate forecasting for CSA packages.
- Mentor junior engineers and maintain strong communication within project teams.
Must-have Requirements- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Proven experience as a CSA Project Manager on large-scale data centre projects, with strong groundworks expertise.
- In-depth knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural project phases.
- Strong leadership, planning, and contract management skills.
Nice-to-have Skills- Familiarity with digital construction tools and advanced project management methodologies.
