Job Title Quantity Surveyor

Summary We’re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading general contractor on a large-scale data centre project in Frankfurt. This position suits individuals with strong commercial acumen and cost management experience who want to contribute to a high-tech, major project. Responsibilities
  • Manage all cost control aspects of the project from start to completion.
  • Prepare, monitor, and update cost plans and project budgets.
  • Oversee and prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and procurement schedules.
  • Review and process subcontractor accounts and variations.
  • Provide accurate commercial advice to project teams and resolve cost issues promptly.
  • Prepare and submit monthly valuations and progress applications.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and risk management strategies.
Must-have Requirements
  • Relevant degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in quantity surveying within construction, preferably on large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost control.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cost management software.
Nice-to-have Skills
  • Experience on data centre or mission-critical projects.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and reporting abilities.
