Client Overview Our client is a leading general contractor with an impressive portfolio of successful projects across Europe, particularly in high-technology sectors such as data centres. Responsibilities- Prepare detailed contract and project programmes and produce accurate monthly progress reports.
- Monitor and analyse progress, outputs, and resources to support project delivery.
- Lead scheduling and reporting across tenders and live projects to the highest standards.
- Actively engage with project teams on planning and schedule optimisation.
- Build and nurture strong working relationships with key stakeholders and supply chain partners.
- Carry out short- to medium-term planning reviews to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Provide alternative construction solutions to improve efficiency and project outcomes.
Must-have Requirements- Relevant third-level degree.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in project planning and scheduling, ideally for data centre or large-scale construction projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Nice-to-have Skills- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
