Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed contract and project programmes and produce accurate monthly progress reports.
• Monitor and analyse progress, outputs, and resources to support project delivery.
• Lead scheduling and reporting across tenders and live projects to the highest standards.
• Actively engage with project teams on planning and schedule optimisation.
• Build and nurture strong working relationships with key stakeholders and supply chain partners.
• Carry out short- to medium-term planning reviews to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Provide alternative construction solutions to improve efficiency and project outcomes.

Must-have Requirements

• Relevant third-level degree.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in project planning and scheduling, ideally for data centre or large-scale construction projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Nice-to-have Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
