SalaryRON 12,000 – 18,000 per month
Location and Working PatternBucharest, Romania – Full-time, on-site with potential for occasional business travel.

Responsibilities- Conduct preliminary technical assessments and feasibility checks.
- Support senior engineers with design reviews and compliance tasks.
- Evaluate technical documentation, including PPAs, Grid Codes, and connection agreements.
- Contribute to establishing technical specifications and base cases for projects.
- Assist with detailed engineering processes from design through execution.
- Review design change requests when deviations occur.
- Provide input on technical performance to support project development.
Must-have Requirements- Degree in Electrical/Electronical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in electrical or electromechanical engineering.
- Knowledge of BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) design and technology.
- Experience with MV (medium voltage) network design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Exposure to high-voltage networks and substations.
Nice-to-have Skills- Experience in utility-scale PV project design and implementation.
- Familiarity with grid connection agreements and related compliance.
