We’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Recruitment Support Team. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the recruitment industry, develop your skills, and play a key role in supporting colleagues across the business. Salary
Pay is aligned with the Real Living Wage.

Location and Working Pattern
Based at our Wigan office (WN3 6GL). Monday to Friday, 8.30 - 17.00

Responsibilities
  • Search for and engage with candidates to support resourcing needs
  • Make outbound calls to connect with potential candidates
  • Use social media platforms such as LinkedIn to attract and build talent pools
  • Manage applications from job boards and the NRL careers platform
  • Screen candidates for suitability and record accurate information in our systems
  • Support colleagues by ensuring a smooth candidate process and positive experience
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates
Must-have Requirements
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities
  • Confidence and resilience when engaging with candidates over the phone
  • Willingness to learn and adapt with the support of our structured training programme
Nice-to-have Skills
  • Previous experience working in recruitment or a customer-focused role
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn or other sourcing platforms
