Administrator – 6‑Month Contract (Leatherhead, On‑Site)
Start ASAP | 5 days per week in the office | 40 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join a busy project team based in Leatherhead. This is a fully on‑site role supporting a large group with day‑to‑day coordination, logistics and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised and confident engaging with both internal teams and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project administration — Drafting, numbering, issuing and filing project letters and maintaining key registers (vacation, IT equipment, catering, travel, letter logs)
  • Office coordination — Managing meeting rooms, seating plans, furniture requirements and ensuring office equipment is functioning and replenished
  • Catering & logistics — Maintaining coffee/food orders, organising catering for meetings and arranging taxis and logistics for visitors
  • SharePoint & IT access — Setting up SharePoint permissions and access for new starters and visitors; liaising with IT for conference room and equipment issues
  • Daily briefing support — Preparing TV monitors for daily toolbox talks and distributing notes
  • Travel arrangements — Coordinating business travel for team members
  • Relocation support — Assisting personnel relocating to the UK with accommodation, schooling, transportation and general settling‑in needs
  • Document management — Supporting wider document control activities as required

Skills & Experience
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Confident communicator who can engage with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Proactive, self‑starting approach to problem‑solving
  • Proficient in SharePoint, Word, Excel and DocuSign
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, office‑based environment

Role Requirements
  • 6‑month contract
  • Full‑time, 5 days per week in the office (Leatherhead)
  • 40 hours per week
  • Immediate start available
