Summary We’re seeking a passionate Project Management Professional to take ownership of design management on leading-edge semiconductor projects in Leixlip, County Kildare, Ireland. Responsibilities
  • Lead design management and technical delivery for semiconductor projects.
  • Develop scopes, ensuring client-specific requirements are fully addressed.
  • Plan, schedule, estimate and control budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor progress and performance, implementing corrective actions where needed.
  • Oversee technical supervision and provide process-specific leadership to the team.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, permitting and legislative requirements in design and construction stages.
  • Complete and enforce Project Execution Plans, Quality Plans and initiation roadmaps.
  • Manage project scope and control changes to schedule and budget.
  • Assign team roles effectively and provide clear direction to design teams across disciplines.
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders on technical, financial and scheduling matters.


Must-have Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in project design management, preferably within semiconductor or advanced facilities projects.
  • Strong background in planning, scheduling, estimating and budgeting.
  • Proven ability to monitor performance and deliver corrective actions.
  • Skilled in stakeholder communication and multidisciplinary coordination.


Nice-to-have Skills
  • Knowledge of gas and chemical delivery and storage requirements.
  • Familiarity with permitting and licensing processes for complex engineering projects.
  • Previous leadership experience managing diverse design teams.
