Responsibilities
  • Manage and support tendering procedures and contract arrangements
  • Develop detailed tender packages, including documentation and assembly
  • Prepare pricing schedules and Bills of Quantities (BoQs) for tenders
  • Oversee the tender process with all relevant stakeholders
  • Review and evaluate tender submissions to recommendation stage
  • Conduct tender clarifications and lead negotiations with bidders
  • Produce tender evaluation reports and provide recommendations
  • Assist with finalising and formalising contract agreements
  • Ensure adherence to procurement governance and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with design teams to secure all required tender information
  • Identify and mitigate commercial risks during procurement
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the process
  • Handle supplier contract administration during construction phases

Must-have Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience as an Electrical Quantity Surveyor on large projects
  • Strong knowledge of tendering, procurement, and commercial risk management
  • Proficiency in preparing BoQs and handling contract negotiations
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Fluency in English and willingness to work on-site in Frankfurt

Nice-to-have Skills
  • Experience within data centre, industrial, or similar technical environments
  • Awareness of European procurement standards
  • Familiarity with cost control tools or software
