Responsibilities- Manage and support tendering procedures and contract arrangements
- Develop detailed tender packages, including documentation and assembly
- Prepare pricing schedules and Bills of Quantities (BoQs) for tenders
- Oversee the tender process with all relevant stakeholders
- Review and evaluate tender submissions to recommendation stage
- Conduct tender clarifications and lead negotiations with bidders
- Produce tender evaluation reports and provide recommendations
- Assist with finalising and formalising contract agreements
- Ensure adherence to procurement governance and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with design teams to secure all required tender information
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks during procurement
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the process
- Handle supplier contract administration during construction phases
Must-have Requirements- Demonstrable experience as an Electrical Quantity Surveyor on large projects
- Strong knowledge of tendering, procurement, and commercial risk management
- Proficiency in preparing BoQs and handling contract negotiations
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
- Fluency in English and willingness to work on-site in Frankfurt
Nice-to-have Skills- Experience within data centre, industrial, or similar technical environments
- Awareness of European procurement standards
- Familiarity with cost control tools or software
