Health & Safety Managers to work in either
Munich, Frankfurt, or Switzerland on large-scale projects within the
pharmaceutical, data centre, or battery manufacturing sectors. This role is ideal for seasoned professionals who want to make an impact in innovative and complex environments.

Client Overview
Our client is a major player in the construction sector, delivering technically challenging projects across a range of sectors. They operate with a strong focus on quality, safety, and innovation to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional leadership on site for all health and safety initiatives
- Manage and mentor a team of on-site H&S Managers
- Serve as the primary liaison for H&S matters with client representatives
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies and relevant legislation
- Oversee inspections, risk assessments, and workplace health checks
- Investigate incidents and disseminate learnings across teams
- Monitor and report on H&S performance for the site
- Deliver training and coaching to staff on H&S best practices
Must-have Requirements- Professional fluency in German and English
- EU passport holder or German national
- Prior H&S experience within construction environments
- At least 12 years’ experience, with significant time in H&S roles
- Membership or certification such as CMIOSH / NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good IT proficiency
Nice-to-have Skills- Experience in pharma, data centre, or battery manufacturing projects
- Additional qualifications in engineering or construction management
- Knowledge of lifting operations and relevant industry standards
- Exposure to behavioural safety, occupational health or BIM methodologies
