Responsibilities- Manage office administrative activities.
- Arrange travel bookings and hotel reservations.
- Handle training bookings for staff.
- Raise and process SAP purchase orders.
- Monitor and follow up on attendance records.
- Provide general office support when required.
Must-have Requirements- 1 to 4 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent command of English.
- Graduate of a language school, with university education in English.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work with individuals from different cultures.
- Professional and presentable demeanour.
Nice-to-have Skills- Experience with SAP systems.
- Previous experience arranging corporate travel and accommodation.
